WELCOME TO ZERO
Spring is in the air across the country and runners are hitting the pavement to ramp up their running regimes in preparation for upcoming races. ZERO – The Project to End Prostate Cancer has joined forces with the Marine Corps Marathon and the ING New York City Marathon to build upon its Team ZERO endurance program and has formed a team to run each marathon. If you want to run for a great cause—ending prostate cancer—Team ZERO is the team to join in 2009.
Team ZERO is a training program for individuals who wish to participate in races across the country to raise funds for prostate cancer education, screenings and research. This training program matches runners up with the races they'd like to run while helping end prostate cancer.
Slots are now available on Team ZERO for the Marine Corps Marathon on Oct. 25 and the ING New York City Marathon on Nov. 1. Each team offers several guaranteed entry slots but the team will fill up quickly so act today!
